The Inn at Lewis Bay is a 1920′s Dutch Colonial Cape Cod bed and breakfast, which is set in a quiet seaside neighborhood of West Yarmouth. This Cape Cod inn is just a half block or steps from the ocean making it perfect for enjoying the sea breezes on the spacious front porch, the sunsets from the beach or a picturesque and invigorating walk along the seashore.

Ideally located mid-Cape on the southern side, the Inn at Lewis Bay is an inviting alternative to a West Yarmouth hotel. The Inn has easy access to virtually everything the Cape has to offer and is just 2 miles from Hyannis Harbor where the ferries to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard dock. Things To Do

Guests can enjoy the use of the beach at the end of the block, or take a 5 minute walk to Englewood Beach where you can swim and watch the sailboats sway in the surf. If you have forgotten your beach chair or towel just let us know and we’ll provide you with one. Or, if you are planning a serious beach day Seagull Beach is the perfect spot. It is located just two miles away. Outdoor showers are provided to guests.

 

Whale Watching

If you have never been whale watching before, this is an incredible trip (if you are not prone to sea sickness). Boats leave from either Barnstable Harbor or Provincetown. Trips usually last about four hours and some of the boats require reservations (which we will be happy to make for you)

Romantic Getaway Package

If you can only get away for two days we have the package for you for that romantic getaway. This package starts off with an upstairs room (please book early for the best rooms) which has a queen sized bed, small sitting area, and a private bath with an antique tub and shower. A full breakfast is served each morning along with afternoon refreshments.

The Cape has 40 golf courses to call its own, the largest concentration being in Yarmouth. There are courses for all types of players from beginner to expert. Some courses require up to 7 days notice for reserving tee times. Ask Bob for suggestions and directions.
